Delivery Policy

Digital service. Plume Host provides shared web hosting, domain registrations, and related digital add-ons. There is no physical shipment, no postal carrier, and no tracking number. "Delivery" means electronic provisioning and the issuance of access credentials.

3. Order Confirmation and Provisioning Emails

You receive at least two emails for every order:

  1. Order confirmation: sent immediately when the order is placed, with the invoice in PDF.
  2. Welcome / provisioning email: sent once the service is active, containing your cPanel username, a temporary password (which you must rotate on first login), the cPanel URL, and links to the knowledge base.

If either email does not arrive within the maximum activation window in Section 2, please check your spam folder first, then contact hola@plume.host.

4. Delivery Failures and Re-Issue

If activation does not complete within the maximum window in Section 2, or you cannot access your service after delivery, you may:

5. No Shipment, No Shipping Cost

Because nothing is shipped physically, no shipping or handling fee is ever charged. Any reference to "shipping" in payment-processor templates does not apply to Plume Host orders.

6. Service Availability After Delivery

Once activated, your service is subject to the uptime and maintenance terms in Section 8 of our Terms of Service. We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Scheduled maintenance is announced at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance through the client area and by email.

Plume Host serves customers in the United States and Latin America. We accept orders globally as long as applicable export-control and sanctions laws are respected. Delivery times in Section 2 are not affected by the customer's country, except where local registry or payment-processor screening adds latency.
