We want you to be confident trying Plume Host. This policy explains when we issue refunds and the exceptions.
If you purchase a new hosting plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of the hosting fee within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. To request a refund:
The 30-day guarantee applies to the hosting fee only. Domain registrations, dedicated IPs, SSL upgrades, and other add-ons are excluded — see Section 3.
Renewal invoices for hosting plans are non-refundable. You can cancel renewal at any time before the renewal date through the client area, which prevents the renewal invoice from being generated. Once a renewal is paid and the term has started, the fee is non-refundable.
The following are non-refundable in all cases, regardless of the 30-day window:
If you have a billing concern, please contact us first — we resolve almost all issues within one business day. Initiating a chargeback before contacting support may result in immediate account suspension. We reserve the right to recover a reasonable administrative fee not exceeding USD 25 plus any actual fee imposed by our payment processor, to the extent permitted by applicable law. We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who initiate chargebacks in bad faith.
Refunds are not available where the account has been suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms or AUP, including (but not limited to) spam, phishing, malware distribution, fraud, resource abuse, or any unlawful activity. See the Acceptable Use Policy for details.
Refunds are issued in the original currency of payment. We do not reimburse currency-conversion costs, foreign-exchange spreads, or third-party payment-processor fees. Refunds to credit cards typically appear within 5–10 business days; PayPal refunds appear within 1–3 business days; other methods may vary.
You can cancel a service at any time through your client area: Services → My Services → select the service → Request Cancellation. You may choose immediate cancellation or end-of-billing-period cancellation. Cancellation alone does not generate a refund; if you are within the 30-day window and want a refund, also submit a refund request as described in Section 1.
